Delete Your Wild Roads Account

You can delete your Wild Roads Photo Intelligence account from inside the app. This page is also available for Google Play users who need account-deletion instructions after installing or removing the app.
Delete In The App
- Open Wild Roads Photo Intelligence.
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Open Profile.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Email Deletion Request
If you cannot access the app, email support from the email address on your Wild Roads account and ask us to delete the account.

What Is Deleted
- Your Wild Roads account profile, email, display name, and preferences.
- Saved locations, favorites, watchlists, alerts, and device notification records tied to the account.
- Private hotspots, private notes, and private hotspot settings tied to the account.
- Password reset tokens and session records tied to the account.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained only when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, service diagnostics, or aggregated product analytics. Field reports, observations, or operational records may be anonymized so they no longer identify your account.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Wild Roads account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or RevenueCat. Cancel active subscriptions through the store or payment provider where you subscribed.
Timing
In-app account deletion is processed immediately for app account data. Email deletion requests are normally reviewed within 7 business days.
